Will I receive the same product that I see in the picture?

For the most part, yes.

Some of our items, like our furniture and wall art, are unique and handmade. This means there may be some variation to the images you see on the website.

We think that makes it just that little bit more special!

Where can I view my sales receipt?

You will receive and email confirmation upon ordering, then, once we’ve picked and packed your order you will receive an email confirmation with a PDF receipt attached.

Make sure you sign up for an account – you’ll be able to track all your orders, subscriptions and receipts in one place!

How can I return an item?

Will you restock items indicated as “out of stock?”

Mostly, yes!

Some of our items are one of a kind, so these will not be restocked. If you see something you really love, get in touch with us and we’ll see if we can source something similar for you!

Where can I ship my order?

We currently deliver to the mainland UK only for our products.

Our service partners currently operate in South East London and Kent – but we are growing rapidly. If you’d like to book a service in your area, please let us know using the contact form and we’ll be in touch with you as soon as we’re up and running!

How do I make changes to my subscription order?

Making adjustments to your subscription is super easy, from amending your payments and delivery address to cancelling your subscription. Simply log in to your account, click on ‘Subscriptions’ and make the adjustments that you need and we will do the rest.

How do I cancel my subscription?

If you need to cancel any subscriptions you have with us, we have made it super simple to do so. Log in to your account and click on cancel. If you ever want to reactive the subscription, you can click on the ‘Reactive‘ button to have it start up again.
