All our vetted service partners and professionals have all committed to delivering a carbon neutral home cleaning service. Together we're minimising our carbon emissions through:
- Battery Operated Tools: Less noise and less emissions than alternative petrol or plug-in tools.
- Electric Vehicles: The majority of our service professionals use zero-emission electric vehicles.
- Sustainable Practices: We prioritise organic and eco-friendly cleaning products.
Any unavoidable emissions are offset through UN Verified Carbon Reduction Projects and all our TMH Partners and direct employees are personally carbon neutral.
Regularly Schedule Ahhhhhh
Our vetted, approved planet-friendly cleaners will bring calm, cleanliness and that homely feeling back to your living space. Depending on your needs our cleaners are available on a weekly, fortnightly or monthly basis. For more ad-hoc cleaning services, have a look at our Deep Clean services.
Throughout your clean, our professionals will only use TMH approved eco products like Miniml's Eco Anti-Bac Surface Cleaner (also available to buy if you want some on hand for in between visits!) and zero-emission battery operated vacuums.
All our cleaners will work with you to focus on the key areas of your home and leave everything sparkling clean and you and your family satisfied after each visit.

Orders sent directly from Thoroughly Modern Housekeeper aim to arrive within 2-5 working days. Sooner if we can! We use DPD as our main courier partner and you will be sent a tracking link as soon as your order is picked and packed.

Products that are sent direct from our suppliers are defined in the Additional Information tab on the product pages. These products are outside of our 2-5 working day delivery times as they are sent outside of our control - though that is not to say they may not arrive in this period.
