Jordan & Caryl Andrews lead the small family business, recycling crushed whelk shells from our seafood processing factory for gardens and landscaping. Situated in the historic Frondolau quarry at New Quay, West Wales, the factory has been processing seafood for over 40 years. Originally a hub for local fishermen, the site evolved under Johnny Arrow's vision, processing whole crabs in the late 70s. Today, in its third generation, they specialise in Welsh whelks, exported to Asia. Shell on Earth, launched in 2019, offers eco-friendly products nationwide, reducing waste and supporting a circular economy.
